| 摘 要： | 以矿井建设专业(群)为背景,阐述了顶岗实践的内涵、工作内容和顶岗实践的过程方法,探讨了施工技术员岗位信息要求为输入,煤矿企业满意度为输出的顶岗实践过程,并提出了改进学生岗位综合能力培养质量的相关措施.

| Abstract: | Based on the professional courses of mine construction major,this paper expounds the connotatiions,working contents and process methods of post practice,explores the post practice process with the post information and requirements of construction technicians as the input and the satisfaction degrees of the coal mining enterprises as the output,and presents relevant measures to improve the quality of developing students' comprehensive post competence. |
