摘    要:在数控车床上加工圆锥面或圆弧面间的配合件时,通常采用刀具的半径补偿,由于刀具的刀尖刃磨质量不同,在采用刀具的半径补偿时,会引起尺寸精度的误差,以至于引起配合精度降低。

Cutting Tool Shape Radius Recompense Inaccuracy Analysis by Grinding Crucial Point CNC Turning Cutting Tools
Abstract:When processing the surface of a cone or the arc surfaces of cooperating parts,the radius recompense of cutting tools usually were used.Becaue of the differences of weight of shape of cutting tools,use the radius recompense of cutting tools,were used the inaccuracy of the measurements precision will be caused,so that they cause the cooperating decreasing.
