高职钢结构人才培养模式探讨

围绕钢结构的特点，针对高职培养目标、课程设置、实践教学、课程设计和实训基地建设等几方面，结合本人教学实践经验，提出一些关于高职钢结构人才培养模式的改革措施，以期促进当前钢结构教育革新，培养适应新时代市场需求的钢结构人才。

On exploration for talent training for steel structure in higher vocational colleges

On the characteristics of the steel structure, the paper from the training aims of higher vocational colleges, the course allocation, the practical teaching, the course design and the training basements build, points out some reform measures for the talent training for steel structure in higher vocational colleges by combining with the teaching and practical experience, so as to enhance the education reform for the steel struc- ture and foster the talents who can meet the demand of the market in new times.
