无刷直流电机低力矩波动控制方法

摘    要:针对无刷直流电机力矩波动,本文提出提高换流电压的电流控制PWM方法。给出了改进的硬件线路,并与传统方法控制进行仿真比较,对改善电流波形和降低力矩脉动取得比较好的效果。

Abstract:According to torque pulsation of brushless DC machine, a new current regulation PWM (CRPWM) method by raising voltage of commutation was proposed in this paper. An improved hardware circuit was designed, and simulation results were compared between conditional and improved circuits. Simulation results demonstrated that current waves were improved and torque pulsation was reduced by the proposed method.
