对旋式通风机内部流动数值模拟及分析

摘    要:以设计的对旋式通风机为模型,利用Fluent软件对风机进行性能仿真,模拟风机在不同流量时的内部流场。通过流道内速度矢量图、背风面压力图和整体流线图分析得出:随着流量的减小,风机内流场逐渐恶化,叶顶泄漏涡流、级间旋涡逐渐增大,影响区域逐渐增大。

Abstract:A counter-rotating axial flow fan being designed served as the model,Fluent was applied to simulate the inner flow of a counter-rotating axial flow fan at various flow rates.From the diagram of velocity vector in flow channels,pressure distribution at the lee and overall streamline,it was concluded that as the flow rate decreased,the inner flow field of the fan gradually deteriorated,and leakage vortex and interstage vortex at the top of the blade enlarged as well as the affected area expanded.
