摘    要:结合螺杆泵抽油系统的工作特点,对抽油杆柱的扭转载荷与轴向载荷进行了分析和计算,结合第四强度理论,对杆柱强度条件进行了分析。受力分析和强度条件分析表明,杆柱顶部截面所受载荷最大,是设计与校核的重点部位。同时,杆柱所受最大载荷与下泵深度、杆柱直径、原油粘温关系等密切相关,必须结合相关的强度理论才能实现对螺杆泵抽油系统的合理设计。

Abstract:According to working characteristics of a surface driving screw pump system,torsion load and axial force of sucker rod string which is analyzed and calculated in this article. According to the fourth intensity theory,intensity condition of sucker rod string is analyzed. Force analysis and intensity condition analysis show that the load at the top of sucker rod string is ma,and which is the important location for designed and checked. At the same time,the maximum load is closely related with those factors such as the pump depth,the diameter of sucker rod maximum,the relation of oil viscosity and temperature. It is necessary to combine related intensity theory that can make screw pump system with rational design.
