摘    要:本文针对某厂已有的频于报废的40t推力轴承试验台进行技术改造,摒弃了原机中笨重简陋的主控系统,设计采用了80年代比较先进完善的电控方案.文中介绍了新方案的设计原理,分析了它的性能指标,并提出了将来进一步改进的意见.

Abstract:This paper, based on an original 40t thrust bearings test station of some factory that was almost a failure, presented a number of technical improvements which included the disuse of the base and the ineffective electrical control method. The present design adopted some 1980s' advanced methods. The paper also introduced the designing axiom of the new method, analysed its pesformance standard, and presented some further improvements.
