不可展曲面三角线法近似展开的误差分析

摘    要:在对不可展曲面三角线法近似展开误差理论分析的基础上,实现了三角线法近似展开及误差分析程序系统。通过对典型工程曲面的展开试验,定量地研究了制成展开样板误差的主要因素。所得的结论对选取正确的展开方法、减小展开误差、提高样板精度很有意义。最后列举了风机三元流动叶片的展开。

Abstract:Approximate development of triangle line and error analysis program system are realized on the basis of approximate developing error theoretical analysis of triangle line of skew curved surface.Through developing experiment of typical engineering curved surface,main factors of manufactured developing profile board have been quantitatively researched.The reached conclusion is significant for selecting correct development,decreasing developed error and increasing profile board precision.Finaly,development of 3-D flow blade of fan was lised.
