| 摘 要： | 论述了燕化乙烯装置先进控制项目的基本框架与功能结构,并结合该项目在裂解炉上的实施情况,分析了先进控制系统的作用原理和实施过程中遇到的问题。先进控制技术的实施,将传统的单回路操作上升为多变量的系统操作,从而真正做到了平稳生产、增加产量、提高优质产品率。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the basic framework and functional structure of the "Advanced Control Project" of Yanhua Ethylene Plant. Combining with the practice status of this project, this paper also analyzed the principle of the advanced control system and some problems during application. The coming true of the technology made single circuit operation up to multivariable system operation and realized stable production, output increased and quality product rate. Improved. |
