摘    要:研究了喷射成形产业化生产中漏包连续移液和精确液位控制的系统结构、控制流程及控制算法。提出了双中间包交替倾倒的漏包自动连续移液方法,通过设置液位状态位置传感器以及建立相应的控制流程解决了双包切换过程的断流问题,在此基础上提出了各喷射工艺阶段的液位控制策略,采用积分分离PID算法实现漏包液位的精确控制。采用PLC开发的液位控制系统在喷射成形生产中得到很好应用,液位最大超调量为10 mm,稳态误差为±3 mm,最大PID调节时间为20 s。

Abstract:The paper studied the system architecture,control flow and control algorithm of the continuous fluid transfer and accurate control of fluid levels in tundishes during the industrialized spray formation.Furthermore it proposed an automatic continuous fluid transfer technique based on the alternate pour by double ladles.By setting fluid level sensors and their corresponding control flow,the problem of discontinuous fluid transfer during the course of double-ladle switch was solved.On top of this,the paper put forward fluid level control strategies for various spray processes and adopted the integral-separation PID algorithm to accomplish the accurate control of fluid levels in tundishes.The fluid level control system developed by using SIMATIC S7-300 PLC was well applied during the spray formation,the maximum override of the fluid level being 10 mm,the steadiness error being ±3 mm and the maximum PID regulation time being 20 seconds.
