反钟摆防斜钻井技术的研究与应用

摘    要:玉门油田部分构造属山前构造带,地质构造十分复杂,特别是逆掩推覆体地层,钻井过程中井斜非常难以控制,采取轻压吊打则严重影响机械钻速。结合现场钻探实际情况,经过近几年的攻关研究,试验应用反钟摆钻井技术并取得了较好的效果,不仅有效控制了井斜,同时还大幅度地提高了平均机械钻速,为下步加快逆掩推覆体地层钻井速度、缩短钻井周期、降低钻井成本提供了很好的借鉴。

Abstract:Some structure, with complicated geological features, in the Yumen Oilfield belongs to piedmont structure. It is difficult to control well path especially while drilling the overthrust formation. In addition, low WOB method would affect the ROP seriously. Regarding such scenario, this paper presents a drilling technique employing anti-pendulum assembly which is developed for several years research, drilling operations employing such assembly can not only control wellbore inclination but also increase the average ROP to a great degree, which provide references for improving the ROP in overthrust formation, shortening drilling cycle, and decreasing drilling costs, etc.
