数控机床远程控制及通信研究

摘    要:简要介绍了TCP/IP通信协议及在c/s模式下实现远程控制通信的流程,论述了在VB6.0编程环境下,利用Winsock通信实现远程控制的方法和设计思路;阐述了NUM数控系统APServer的体系结构,服务器通过CNC获取机床信息的方法,以及服务器端和客户端控制功能编程的实现方法。远程控制系统可以实现文件的上传、下载和机床参数的查询等功能。试验证明,该系统的体系结构可以实现预期远程控制的目的。

Abstract:The paper briefly introduced the TCP/IP communications protocol, and the process of realizing the remote control communication under C/S mode,described the design ways and design mentality of realization of remote communication using Winsock communication under VB 6.0 environment,elaborated the architecture of NUM NC system APServer's, and the way that the server gets machine tool information and client implementations of functional programming through the CNC and the control server. Remote control system can provide many functions, such as uploading and downloading files,as well as getting machine tool parameters. Experiment proves that this system can achieve the purpose of remote control.
