摘    要:当产品的液压系统发生故障时,往往因为处理不当,导致采集不到第一手的现场资料,造成故障分析难以进行,还经常因此延误科研生产进度。依据多年来的实践经验及参考相关专业书籍,对各类液压故障发生之后,进行故障原因分析之前的现场处理方法及反向操作的要求、注意事项等方面进行了简要的阐述。

Abstract:When the hydraulic system of a model product goes wrong,mishandling usually results in failure to collect the first-hand site data and it is difficult in proceeding with fault analysis, thus even delay the progress of scientific research and production. The paper gave a brief discussion on site disposal methods,inverse operation requirements and cautions after the occurrence of various hydraulic faults and before proceeding with fault analysis based on years of practical experience and reference to relevant professional literature.
