新型铜银捕收剂F9970的研究与应用

新型药剂F9970是优良的铜银捕收剂,在用于风驰矿业铜锡钨多金属矿石的工业试验中,铜回收率在铜原矿品位比小型试验样品原矿品位由1.7%降到0.7%的情况下,铜的回收率略有提高,银的回收率提高10%以上,用于铜锌矿石的优先选铜的工业试验中,铜、银回收率分别提高3.72%和3.4%,铜精矿含锌也降低了1.3%。新型药剂创造的经济效益十分明显,具有推广价值。

Study and Application of the Novel Flotation Collector (Florrea F9970) for Copper and Silver Flotation

F9970 is a new type collector for flotation of copper and silver minerals,when it was used in a industrial test to treat a copper-tin-tungsten polymetallic ore of Fengchi Mining company,the concentrate recovery of silver has been improved by more than 10% while the copper recovery has been increased slightly,though the feed grade of copper decreased from 1.7% to 0.7%.F9970 was also used in industrial test to treat copper and zinc ore,the experiment results showed that the recovery of copper and silver has been improved by 3.72% and 3.4% respectively,while the contain of zinc in the copper concentrate decreased by 1.3%.So good economic benefit could be made when F9970 is used in the plant,so the collector F9970 has a great promotional value.
