整埂机旋耕刀的静力学分析与拓扑优化

摘    要:水稻田整埂机的旋耕刀零件主要由侧切面与正切面2个部分组成,由于2个切面工作性能不同,因而耗能也不同。据统计,在旋耕作业过程中,正切面耗能占旋耕刀全部耗能的509/6~80%。为研究旋耕刀的力学特性,在SolidWorks环境下建立整埂机旋耕刀的三维实体模型,导入ANSYS软件对旋耕刀进行结构线性静力分析,基于弹性力学的经典理论,求解并进行三维结构拓扑优化。经对比验证,优化后的模型满足静刚度要求,为提高整埂机旋耕刀的力学性能提供了参考。

Abstract:The rotary blade part of the finishing agricultural ridger in paddy field is mainly composed of side section and sec- tion,due to different works performance,its energy consumption is different. According to statistics,in the process of rotary tillage, rotary blade tangent surface energy accounted for the proportion of total power dissipation of 50%-80%. In order to study the mechanical properties of the rotary blade,when the three-dimensional solid model of the rotary blade was completed in SolidWorks,in- ported it into the ANSYS software and did the structure of linear static analysis,based on the classical theory of elasticity,solved it and carried on the three-dimensional structural topology optimization. Through the contrast test and verify, the optimized model can meet the static stiffness requirements,which provides theory reference for the optimal design in advanced.
