Abstract:With the upgrade of emission regulations,the pressure parameters of engine intake,exhaust,cooling,fuel and other related systems need to be accurately collected and controlled.As a result,more and more sensors are applied to the engine.The failure of these sensors will directly affect the reliability of the engine.According to different technical schemes,the measurement range of rail pressure sensor is generally above 1600bar,and only glass micro-melting or thin film sputtering technology can be used.Oil pressure and cooling water pressure sensor measurement range is(50-1000)kPa,the best cost performance is the ceramic capacitor solution;The intake pressure sensor measures from(20 to 400).
