Abstract:The hub motor of electric vehicles has the advantages of high transmission efficiency,flexible control and compact structure.Compared with other motors,the electric vehicles driven by the hub motor will become the main trend of the development of the new energy industry.As a key technology,EV hub motor technology will play an important role in the performance of electric vehicles.This paper analyzes the structural design of the electric vehicle hub motor,the component core manufacturing technology,the parallel immune PID control technology,and the electromagnetic analysis scheme based on JMAG,and discusses the future development of the electric vehicle hub motor.
