Analysis of Shrinkage and Elasticity of Elastic Knitted Fabric with Spandex

In recent years,the synthetic fiber knitting with spandex had developed rapidly.Shrink and elasticity were its important qualities.If the shrinkage and elasticity of the fabric were not qualified,the service life and performance of the fabric would be seriously affected.The shrinkage and elasticity of elastic knitted fabrics containing spandex were not only directly related to the fiber material and weaving structure of the fabric,but also closely related to the content of spandex,dyeing and finishing,heating conditions,yarn friction and so on.Good elasticity and reasonable shrinkage rate of elastic knitted fabric were its necessary qualities,so the production should be regulated from the aspects of yarn selection,weaving technology and dyeing and finishing technology.
