| 摘 要： | 本文主要阐述了客车产业领域内焊接夹具模块化设计的成因,并提出了客车顶模块化设计焊接夹具设计总体思路以及能够适用于多种型号客车骨架焊装的模块化焊接夹具系统设计具体方案,能够实现X、Y、Z三个方向上的定位调节满足多种型号客车骨架组焊定位夹紧要求,提高设备生产效率。
