摘    要:为解决当前煤矿井下运输巷辅助运输方面存在的用人多、效率低、劳动强度大、适应性不高、存在安全隐患等问题,通过对运输巷无轨列车系统的机械结构、液压系统及控制系统的研发设计,实现了运输巷智能列车系统的无轨自移、智能监测、视频监控、远程控制、自动牵引、与工作面协同推进等功能。并成功应用于山西宏源集团富家凹煤矿井下运输巷辅助运输,实现设备操作人员减至1人,控制精度达到±10mm,大幅降低了工人劳动强度,提高了安全性和工作效率,实现了煤矿的减人增效。

Abstract:Aiming at the redundant staff,low efficiency,high labor intensity,low adaptability and potential safety hazards in the current headentry of underground coal mine,the mechanical structure,hydraulic system and control system of intelligent trackless self-moving train system are developed,realizing trackless self-movement,intelligent monitoring,video monitoring,remote control,automatic traction,coordinated advance with the working face and other functions for the train system.The system was applied in the headentry of a underground coal mine in Shanxi.Using the system,the production efficiency is improved with downsized payrolls,demonstrated by the facts that,only one equipment operator was deployed in field,and the control accuracy achieved±10 mm,the labor intensity of workers was greatly reduced,while the safety and working efficiency was enhanced.
