煤矿用远控巷道修复机在底鼓治理施工中的应用

为解决煤矿井下低矮变形巷道围岩安全高效治理施工中缺乏专用可靠设备的难题，通过分析设备施工特点和功能需求，研制了可实现无线接收器与无线遥控器相互通信的WPZ-45/700LY型煤矿用远控修复机，并分析了修复机工作装置、液压系统、远控系统、履带车体的组成及工作原理。最后，在顾桥煤矿底鼓治理施工中进行应用，结果表明，远控修复机的电控系统性能稳定、可靠、响应速度快，基于此，总结出一套便于破碎锤和侧卸铲斗互换并补打锚杆(索)施工的作业工艺，为类似煤矿巷道底鼓远程治理施工技术与装备的开发提供借鉴。

Application of coal mine remote control roadway repair machine in floor heave treatment

Aiming at the lack of special and reliable equipment in the safe and efficient treatment construction of surrounding rock of low and deformed roadway in coal mine,through the analysis of equipment construction characteristics and functional requirements,the characteristics and functions of the equipment are analyzed,WPZ-45/700 LY remote control repair machine for coal mine is adopted to realize the communication between wireless receiver and wireless remote control.The composition and working principle of working device,hydraulic system,remote control system and crawler car body of repair machine are analyzed in detail.Taking the floor heave treatment construction of Guqiao Coal Mine as an example,the performance of the electric control system of the remote control repair machine is stable,reliable and fast-responding.At the same time,a set of operation technology is summarized,which is convenient for the replacement of the crushing hammer and the side dump bucket and the replacement of the anchor rod(cable)construction,so as to provide reference for developing remote treatment technology and equipment for similar coal mine roadway floor heave.
