高压油泵电磁计量阀可靠性分析

摘    要:提出了一种基于Weibull分布的高压油泵电磁计量阀可靠性模型,对某批次电磁计量阀售后失效模式进行判断并完成其可靠性寿命计算与预测。通过计算结果分析:β>1.0,表明该油泵电磁计量阀的售后失效模式为耗损型失效模式;油泵电磁计量阀的B10寿命为22,306km,平均寿命为111,287km。对电磁计量阀耗损失效模式进行分析并做相应优化与整改,延长其使用寿命。

Abstract:A reliability model of high pressure pump electromagnetic metering valve based on Weibull distribution is proposed to judge the after-sales failure mode of one batch of electromagnetic metering valve and complete its reliability life calculation and prediction.The analysis results show thatβis greater than 1.0,which indicates that the after-sale failure mode of the electromagnetic metering valve is consumable failure mode.The electromagnetic metering valve B10 life time is 22,306km,the average life is 111,287km.The failure mode of electromagnetic metering valve is analyzed and optimized to prolong its service life.
