摘    要:我国是苹果种植与产量大国,部分优质品种远销国内外,成为林果业重要支柱产业之一。随着苹果栽培面积不断扩大,产量不断提高,对其品质检测工作变得尤为重要。近红外光谱技术具有便捷、无损等特点,成为果蔬检测技术领域热门研究对象。众多学者基于该技术对苹果品质检测进行了大量研究,并有望研制出更多便携式果蔬类检测设备。本文主要阐述了近几年该技术在苹果品质检测方面的研究与应用进展情况,尤其探讨了该技术在苹果检测模型建立、定量与定性分析相关技术与应用等内容,为后续对其在苹果检测乃至其它果蔬检测方面的预测模型研究、应用领域与发展方向提供一定参考。

Abstract:China is a big country in Apple planting and production. Some high-quality varieties are exported to home and abroad and have become one of the important pillar industries of the forest and fruit industry. With the continuous expansion of the apple cultivation area and the continuous improvement of yield, the quality detection of Apple has become particularly important. Near-infrared spectroscopy has become a hot research object in the field of fruit and vegetable detection technology. Many scholars have done a lot of research on apple quality detection based on this technology, and are expected to develop more portable fruit and vegetable detection equipment. This paper mainly expounds on the research and application progress of this technology in apple quality detection in recent years, especially discusses the technology and application of this technology in Apple detection model establishment, quantitative and qualitative analysis, to provide some reference for the follow-up research, application field and development direction of its prediction model in Apple detection and even other fruit and vegetable detection.
