| 摘 要： | 介绍一种ＫＺ１１３－５－５０（Ｈ）型胶筒的研制过程及其现场使用情况，该胶筒是在ＫＺ１１３－５－５０型胶筒基础上研制成功的，根据使用要求，在不改变橡胶配方的情况下，对胶筒的骨架结构进行改进，通过对新旧胶筒性能的测试和对新型胶筒的使用，得出新胶筒的整体强度高，能在较长时间内承受高压的结论。

| Abstract: | This paper
introduces the process of development of a new packer rubber based on model KZ113-5-50 and
its application in the oilfield. According to the requirement of application,the skeleton
structure of the packer rubber was improved without changing the formula of the
rubber.Performance testing and oilfield application shows that the whole strength of the
new packer rubber is higher,the service life is longer under high pressure. |
