| Abstract: | WT A new instrument-Glow Discharge Optical Emission Spectrometry is introduced.The development of GDS and its working principle,machine composing and characteristic have been detailed in this paper. Actual applications of this instrument in the areas of surface analysis are showed also.At last,it brings forward the bright future of the instrument in the application of surface processing area. |
