基于改进灰色关联度分析的供应商评价方法

供应商选择是一个包含定性因素和定量因素的多目标评价问题，很难用精确的方法来求解。本文针对供应商选择时存在信息不充分现象，提出了利用改进的灰色关联度分析法进行供应商选择的评价方法。该方法在用熵权法确定权重的基础上，充分利用了信息的灰色特性。通过算例分析，该方法计算过程简单方便，结果直观可靠，是多因子综合评价较好的方法。

The method of vendor assessment based on improved analysis of grey incidence

Vendor selection is a multi-criteria problem which includes both qualitative and quantitative factors. It is solved difficultly by exact method. This paper constructs an evaluation method of vendor selection using the improved analysis of grey incidence. The grey characteristic of information is used fully on the basis of the weight defined by the method of entropy. According to the analysis of an example, it is clear that the method is a better method of comprehensive assessment concerned with several parameters because the procedure issimple and the outcome is credible.
