| 摘 要： | 根据红外焦平面阵列读出电路的特点,设计和实现了一种红外焦平面阵列数据采集系统。该测试系统能完全满足512×512以上红外焦平面阵列性能测试需求。最后给出了数据采集系统几个关键指标的测试结果和改进方法。

| Abstract: | According to the specialty of readout integrated circuit(ROIC) for infrared focal plane array(IRFPA),a kind of data acquisition system for IRFPA test is designed an implemented.The system can satisfy the requirement of IRFPA test above 512×512.The result and improved method of the several key indexes for data acquisition system are presented at last. |
