摘    要:针对老区乙烯装置稀释蒸汽发生系统存在的问题,提出相应改进措施,如采用增加再沸器的液位监视系统,降低系统的操作压力,提高工艺水汽提塔的汽提温度等方法,增加稀释蒸汽发生量,降低急冷水的排放量。

Abstract:Analyzed the problems of dilution steam-generating in revolutionary ethylene plant.For the existing problems,proposes that we should change control thoughts of dilution steam-generating system,increase transformation reboiler level monitor system,reduce the system operating pressure,improve process water stripping tower temperature and other methods,increase dilution steam production,reduce quench chilled water emission.
