面制食品中铝的测量不确定度评定

摘    要:对面制食品中铝的测量不确定度进行评价。采用《食品卫生检验方法理化部分》GB/T5009.182-2003中的方法,应用测量不确定度理论建立数学模型。其中工作曲线拟合对测量不确定度影响较小,可忽略。当样品中铝含量在4.69mg/kg,其扩展不确定度为0.14 mg/kg。测量结果可表示为A(lmg/kg)=4.69±0.14,K=2。

Abstract:This paper is to evaluate,by adopting Methods of Food Hygienic Analysis-Physical and Chemical Section GB/T 5009.182-2003,the uncertainty of Aluminium content in flour-made foodstuffs.It is calculated according to the mathematical model based on the theories of measuring uncertainty.Working curve fitting can be ignored,for it has little effect on the measurement of uncertainty.When Aluminium content in the sample reaches 4.69mg/kg,its exterior uncertainty is 0.14 mg/kg,the measurement result being Al(mg/kg)=4.69±0.14,k=2.
