摘    要:阐述了纤维铺原理和六坐标缠绕对于提高缠绕构件质量、实现异型构件缠绕的意义,并以回转体为典型构件,基于非测地线缠绕理论,根据纤维缠绕中丝嘴的运动规律,推导出六坐标缠绕机的各坐标运动方程,为轴缠绕机的轨迹控制提供了数学依据。

Abstract:The method of filament placement is described, and the significance of six-axis winding for the performance improvement for filament-wound components is discussed.Based on the non-geodesic winding theories and the feed-eye movement, a six-axis movement model of winding manufacturing is derived in this paper,which is regarded as the mathematical foundation for trajectory control of multi-axis filament winding machine.
