| 摘 要： | 以戊二酸和草酸二乙酯为主要原料，经酯化、酯缩合、烷基化和水解脱羧4步反应合成香料化合物3－乙基－2－羟基－2－环戊烯－1－酮，产品经熔点测定和红外光谱分析证明了结构。同时初步考察并确定各步反 应的工艺条件，产物总收率为41．7％。

| Abstract: | Perfume compound 3-ethyl-2-hydroxy-2-cyclopenten-1-one was prepared from glutaric acid and diethyl oxalate through esterification, Claisen-ester condensation, alkylation and hydrolysis. Its molecular structure was identified by melting point measurement and IR analysis. The processe for preparation of the compound were investigated and the total yield of the product was 41.7 %. |
