| 摘 要： | 济钢320t鱼雷罐罐口经常因过铁熔损而产生裂纹,影响了鱼雷罐的安全运行。通过对鱼雷罐罐口裂纹区域进行挖补浇注工业试验,使鱼雷罐罐口与内衬实现了均衡侵蚀,提高了鱼雷罐的使用寿命。

| Abstract: | The mouth of 320t torpedo ladle axe often cracks with iron melting loss and this seriously influences the safety run- ning of it. Through the pouring test to mend crack area by replacing a damaged part, equilibrium refractory erosion is achieved at torpe- do mouth and lining and further improve the service life of torpedo ladle. |
