| 摘 要： | 分析了某钢铁公司冷轧板厂酸轧机组碎边剪装置在实际生产中发生的剪刃使用寿命短的原因，认为造成剪刃寿命短的主要原因是剪刃副的空间位置控制不准，导致剪刃的早期疲劳失效。通过对影响剪刃侧隙因素的调整和改进，有效提高了剪刃的使用寿命。

| Abstract: | The actual problems occurred in the scrap chopper for the cold milling plant of one Iron & Steel company were analyzed,it is indicated that the improper position of knife counterpart is the key reason to cause the amateur fatigue of knife,which decreases the service life of knife.Via the modification of side gap of knife counterpart,the service life of knife was improved. |
