换热管与管板液压胀接的数值研究

摘    要:液压胀接技术是目前比较有效的保证换热管与管板紧密连接的技术。本文利用ANSYS建立有限元平面模型,分析液压胀接过程中的应力应变特点,接触压力等,并计算了胀接压力卸除后换热管与管板之间的残余接触压力。得出液压胀接时管板外径对胀管的接触压力和残余接触压力影响不大等结论。

Abstract:The hydraulic expanding technology is effective to make sure the close joint between the tube and the tubesheet.In this paper,one model was established by use of ANSYS,then,the stress-strain state and the contact pressure during the hydraulic expanding process were analyzed.Also,the residual contact pressure,when the hydraulic expanding pressure was unloaded,was calculated.It can be concluded that the diameter of the tubesheet has little influence on the contact pressure and the residual contact pressure.
