摘    要:通过对氯化镁生产工艺和氯化镁产品所含杂质的分析,确定了茶色氯化镁颜色的成因。以电极电位值为依据选择了几种具有足够氧化能力的氧化剂进行了脱色实验。结合氯化镁生产工艺,确定了以氯酸钠为主剂的脱色方案,并对脱色机理作了讨论。表明二氧化氯的产生在脱色中起到了关键作用。所确定的脱色方案在现场实施中也取得了令人满意的结果。

Abstract:The cause of formation of MgCl 2 with brown color was confirmed by analyzing on MgCl 2 production process and the impurities contained. Some oxidants with enough oxidizing power were selected on the basis of their oxidation-reduction potentials, and the decolorization for MgCl 2 was investigated.Combining the production process of MgCl 2,a decoloration project with sodium Chlorate as a main reagent was established,and the decoloration mechanism was also discussed.It showed that the generation of chlorine dioxide was a key factor during the decoloration process.The decoloration project established was applied to MgCl 2 in situ decoloration with satisfying results.
