| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是坚持以人为本,全面、协调、可持续的发展观。贯彻落实以人为本,全面、协调、可持续发展的科学发展观,已成为土地整理工作中的头等大事。我们要用科学发展观指导土地整理工作,处理好人口增长与耕地总量平衡、生态环境保护的关系,统筹人与自然的和谐发展,使农村走上生产发展、生活富裕、生态良好的文明发展道路。

| Abstract: | The scientific concept of development is a concept of development that adhering to the human-oriented,comprehensive,coordinate and sustainable development.And carrying out the scientific development concept is the most important thing in the land consolidation and rehabilitation.Directing by the scientific development concept,the relationship between population increase and the total tillable land and the harmonious development between human and nature should be dealt perfectly.As the result,the growing economy, rich life and good ecology in the countryside will be realized. |
