基于虚拟仪器技术的超声波测试系统及应用实例

摘    要:相对于价钱昂贵,仪器面板不灵活的传统超声波测试仪器,利用虚拟仪器技术搭建的超声波测试系统具有很大优势,其仪器面板可由用户自定义,并能实现高分辨率、高采样率和多次叠加的数据采集。文章详细介绍利用虚拟仪器技术来搭建超声波测试系统的原理、软硬件系统。

Abstract:Compared with conventional detection system with expensive and non-flexible apparatus panel, a ultrasonic detection system based on virtual instruments is built with great advantages. It not only has user-defined apparatus panel, hut also can carry out data acquisition of high resolution, high sampling rate and multiple coverage. This paper introduces the principle, soft system, and hard system of ultrasonic detection system based on virtual instruments in detail.
