无规聚丙烯-橡胶篷布的研制

摘    要:研究了无规聚丙烯与天然橡胶并用制备篷布的配方。试验了APP(无规聚丙烯)、硫化剂、硫黄、促进剂、添加剂等对胶料性能的影响。结果表明,在胶料中用一定量的APP取代天然胶时,仍能满足企业标准,但却显著降低了成本,提高了经济效益。

Abstract:A composition for preparing tarpaulin is studied by using atactic polypropylene and natural rubber. The effects of atactic polypropylene, vulcanizing agent, sulfur, activation agent and additives on rubber performances are tested. The results show that when a part of natural rubber is substituted by APP, the rubber is able to meet the manufacturer's standards ,furthermore, it could lower the cost and improve the economic efficiency significantly.
