有限元在发射管结构优化设计中的应用

摘    要:文中运用UG软件对发射管结构进行了整体三维建模,采用有限单元法,并运用ANSYS软件和弹性力学有限元法对建立的发射管有限元模型进行动力学分析,并且对已设计的发射管的刚强度进行了校核,得出发射管的应力变形分布及关键部位的受力状况分析.另外,在现有结构分析计算的基础上对发射管的厚度及支撑结构进行了优化设计,根据其分析结果对结构优化设计改造提供理论依据,既达到了设计要求又降低了成本.

Abstract:The three-dimensional modeling of launch tube was accomplished with Unigraphics(UG).The dynamic analysis on finite element model of launch tube was made with elasticity finite element method(FEM) and ANSYS software,and the strength and rigidity of the launch tube structure was analyzed,the stress deformation distribution of launch tube was obtained and stress analysis of the crucial parts was made.In addition,optimal design of thickness and configuration were made.The results can be theoretical basis for op...
