摘    要:水稻(Oryza sativa)和狼尾草(pennisetum alopecuroides)花粉壁形成的时期及其结构存在明显差异,水稻水孢发育至开始形成许多液泡时,花粉外壁的柱状层开始分化,并形成明显的覆盖层和基层;发育至单核靠边期,花粉内壁开始发生;在花粉充实过程中,花粉外壁覆盖层和基层分化出纵向排列的微通道,狼尾草花粉在单孢花粉期,花粉外壁外层仅为一层,至二孢花粉期柱状层才开始分化,然后逐渐形成性病层和基层,在单孢花粉中期,花粉内壁开始形成,成熟花粉外壁覆盖层的微通道多呈网状,两种植物花粉寿命的显著差异可能与它们花粉结构密切相关。

Abstract:There were obvious differences in pollen wall forming process between rice and pennisetum, and their matured pollen wall's structure was also unambiguous different. In vacuolated pollen stage, the columnar layer of rice pollen exine began to differentiate and formed the tectum and foot layer.The intine of rice pollen formed in the late uninucleate pollen stage. During the process of pollen plenum, the tectum and foot layer of rice pollen differentiated into microcanals. In the pollen of pennisetum, the columnar layer began to form until bicellulate pollen stage. The intine of the pollen began to form in the middle stage of uninucleate microspore. Most of microcanals were wet like in the tectum of the matured pollen. The longevity difference between the plant pollen of two species was in all likelihood in connection with the difference of the pollen wall's construction.
