锌-5%铝-稀土合金镀层的工艺与实践

摘    要:介绍锌-5%铝-稀土合金镀层钢丝的生产工艺流程。锌-5%铝-稀土合金镀层钢丝与镀锌钢丝相比:镀层面质量、抗拉强度、伸长率、扭转等技术指标相同,生产工艺中增加了热镀锌-5%铝-稀土合金工序,生产线Dv值、生产能力提高35%,耐腐蚀性能提高1倍以上,综合能耗降低32.5%,钢丝原料消耗降低50.0%,锌铝合金原料消耗降低42.5%。锌-5%铝-稀土合金镀层钢丝产品符合当前节能降耗减排的总体趋势。

Abstract:To introduce the technology of zinc-5% aluminum-rare earth alloy coating,and technology process is given.Comparing zinc-5% aluminum-rare earth alloy coating and galvanized wire,they have the same coat mass,tensile strength,elongation and torsion etc.technical index.To add the process of zinc-5%aluminum-rare earth alloy coating,and production line Dv value and production capacity increased by 35%,decay resistance increases more than one time,comprehensive energy consumption decreased by 32.5%.Steel wire raw ...
