| 摘 要： | 介绍锌-5%铝-稀土合金镀层钢丝的生产工艺流程。锌-5%铝-稀土合金镀层钢丝与镀锌钢丝相比:镀层面质量、抗拉强度、伸长率、扭转等技术指标相同,生产工艺中增加了热镀锌-5%铝-稀土合金工序,生产线Dv值、生产能力提高35%,耐腐蚀性能提高1倍以上,综合能耗降低32.5%,钢丝原料消耗降低50.0%,锌铝合金原料消耗降低42.5%。锌-5%铝-稀土合金镀层钢丝产品符合当前节能降耗减排的总体趋势。
