摘    要:金属针布坯条在轧制过程中金属流动规律较复杂.采用SWRH47BΦ2.18mm球化退火态钢丝进行轧制,第3道轧制出口速度180 m/min.平辊轧制后,扁丝的心部硬度最大为HV340.0,扁丝边部硬度最小为HV200.0.异型辊轧制后,坯条齿部硬度最大为HV380.0,在齿尖处硬度较小约为HV140.0.模拟轧制结果表明...

Abstract:Metal flow law during the rolling process of metal card wires was complex.The SWRH47B spheroidized steel wire with the diameter 2.18 mm was used for flat rolling,and the rolling velocity of the third pass was 180 m/min.After flat rolling,the maximum microhardness of flat wire center was HV 340.0 and the minimum microhardness of flat wire border was HV 200.0.After the special rolling,the maximum microhardness at tooth was HV 380.0 and the minimum microhardness at tip of semi-product was HV 140.0.The simulati...
