开关磁阻电机减振降噪和低转矩脉动控制策略

摘    要:开关磁阻电机的振动噪声和转矩脉动问题制约了其推广应用,先前这2个方面的研究都彼此孤立。该文通过将2步和3步换相法引入直接瞬时转矩控制,提出了一种能同时减振降噪和减小转矩脉动的新控制策略。采用新的控制策略,在斩波控制和单脉冲控制下,振动都可得到有效抑止,且新控制策略可在转矩斩波控制下减小转矩脉动。该文还提出了3步换相法的时间参数设计方法。实验结果验证了新控制策略的有效性。

Abstract:The problems of vibration noise and torque ripple limit the application of switched reluctance motors (SRM). Previously various efforts for solving problems in these two aspects are isolative. A novel control strategy that can decrease the vibration and the torque ripple simultaneously is presented, by introducing the two-step and three-step commutation methods into the direct instantaneous torque control (DITC). The vibrations can be effectively suppressed under various operation modes, including chopping control and single pulse control, by adopting the novel control strategy. Furthermore, the novel control strategy minimizes the torque ripple under the torque chopping control. The design of time parameters of the three-step commutation method is also proposed. The experimental results verify the validity of the novel control strategy.
