摘    要:针对现有的10 kV无功补偿电容器组投切时产生的开关暂态过程危害,提出了一种基于DSP和自适应控制的无功补偿电容器组同步投切控制系统。它采用数字信号处理器(DSP)TMS320F206和6通道同时采样芯片ADS7864,实时测量系统有功和无功功率,提取电压信号的零点;采用自适应算法控制断路器在电压零点投入电容器组,在电流零点切除补偿电容器组,以降低投切电容器组时产生的过电压和涌流。实际测试表明,该方案具有可靠性高、运行稳定等优点,还能与现代变电站综合自动化、调度自动化系统相配合,实现变电站无功控制。

Abstract:A new type controller based on DSP and adaptive control is developed to synchronously switch 10 kV reactive power compensation capacitor banks for reducing transients. The controller based on digital signal processor TMS320F206 and 6-channel simultaneous sampling A/D chip ADS7864 realizes real-time measurement of active power and reactive power and tracks voltage zero points; an adaptive algorithm is adopted to minimize the affects of drifts of actuator's operating time for closing shunt capacitor banks at the voltage zero point and opening at the current zero point. The test results show that the synchronous controller is reliable and works smoothly. And it can be connected with substation and dispatching automation system to realize reactive power control.
