长江江堤渗流特点及渗流控制设计

摘    要:长江中下游堤防总长约3万km,是长江防洪工程体系的基础。其中主要堤防长达8000余km,是国家堤防建设重点。长江堤防多系人力填筑,坝身及堤基缺乏可靠的渗流控制措施是历年汛期产生险情的主要原因。在堤防加固工程中,掌握堤身工作及地基渗流特点,采用合理渗流控制措施,是确保堤防安全渡汛的重要前提。

Abstract:The main cause of embankment failure along Yangtze River is due to short of reliable measures to keep the seepage flow in check. Herein, the characteristics of seepage flow through embankment foundation are analysed and several principles for adopting reasonable measures to control the seepage flow are proposed.
