| 摘 要： | 文中介绍国际标准IEC规定的低压接地系统，并对各种接地系统的性能进行分析；阐述UPS接地系统设计原则；提出适用于电信、数据、计算机等系统用UPS的接地系统电路结构；为UPS工程建设提供了实用的参考模式。
此文将于今年9月在美国圣地亚哥召开的国际电信能源会议（INTELEC2008）上宣读。
