等径角挤压模具的新设计

摘    要:分析了等径角挤压技术(Equal Channel Angular Pressing,ECAP)的工作原理,详细介绍了新设计的模具结构,讨论了模具材料的选择以及润滑剂的选取等关键技术,解决了传统设计中螺栓轴向受力过大而变形甚至导致模具分离的问题.模具结构设计简单,操作方便.

Abstract:Principle of Equal Channel Angular Pressing technology was briefly analyzed. The structure of the die was redesigned. Some key technologies, such as the choose of the die material, lubricating agent were particularly discussed. It solved the problem that too much strength in axial direction will result in the distortion of bolt, which can even lead to the separation of the die.The die was designed simply and manipulated conveniently.
