带钢步进梁式加热炉节能技术的应用

摘    要:莱风轧钢厂带钢国间采用步进梁式加热炉,在生产中应用了热送热装工艺,降低钢坯加热温度,对助燃空气进行预热,提高加热炉保温性能,采用高铲节能型燃烧器,实现计算机控制烧钢等节能技术,使煤气消耗平均降至1.1GJ/t。

Abstract:The strip workshop of the rolling steel plant of Laiwu iron and steel group Co.,Ltd uses walking beam continuous furnace.Through taking on some techniques of saving energy resources consisted of using hot charging process,decreasing reheating temperature of billets,preheating combustion supporting air,increasing holding temperature behavious of reheating furnace,using combustion device with high efficiency saving energy and using computer to control reheating billet,etc,the consumption of gas is decreased to 1.1GJ/t.steel on an average.
