| 摘 要： | 采用自动埋弧堆焊的方法对炼铁料钟、料斗配合表面进行堆焊，用１Ｃｒ１８Ｎｉ９Ｔｉ作为堆焊的过渡层，３Ｃｒ２Ｗ８作为堆焊层，提高了接合面的强度及耐磨性，从而延长了料钟、料斗的使用寿命及设备检修周期，提高了生产效率。

| Abstract: | Using of automatical hidden arc overlay welding technique to do overlay welding for matching surface between bell and hopper of blast furnace,1Cr18Ni9Ti matarial as transitional layer,3Cr2W8 material as overlay welding layer,this method can increase the strength and resisteance to wear of joint surface,can extend the service life and repair period of this equipment and so can also increase the productivity rate. |
