| 摘 要： | 针对目前冶金企业在生产中备品备件储备与消耗资金占用成本较高的状况，提出了提高备件计划管理员素质、加强技术改造的计划管理、提高备件修旧利废的比例、制定合理的备件储备定额与消耗定额资金等四条途径。
